These terms explain the conditions for using FunPFP and the responsibilities of visitors and uploaders. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Content Policy and Copyright & Takedowns page.

Using the service
FunPFP helps visitors find profile pictures and banners, preview an avatar crop, download images and organize favorites or collections. Public downloads are free. An account is needed for features such as submitting images and synchronizing saved content.
Use the service only if you can accept these terms under the rules where you live. Accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you disagree with these terms, do not create an account or submit content.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where another party or a service failure is responsible under applicable law. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may restrict accounts or submissions to investigate misuse or protect the service. Do not evade moderation, impersonate another person or use another account without permission.
Image rights and downloads
A download button, category, uploader label or AI-generated label is not a guarantee of ownership or a commercial-use license. Rights can differ from one image to another. For commercial use, redistribution, merchandise or use involving a recognizable person or brand, obtain the necessary permission from the rights holder.
FunPFP does not grant rights to third-party artwork simply by hosting it. Use downloaded images consistently with the permission attached to the work and applicable law. You are responsible for checking the platform’s format, cropping and upload requirements.
What uploaders authorize
Submit only material you created or have sufficient permission to share through a public download library. By submitting, you authorize FunPFP to store, review, resize, convert, display and distribute the submission through the service and its download features. This permission is non-exclusive and covers the operation of FunPFP; it does not transfer ownership of your artwork to FunPFP.
You confirm that the title, description and origin label are accurate and that publication does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights. Identify AI-generated work accurately. Request removal through Contact if you need to withdraw a published submission; we may retain limited review or dispute records. Copies already downloaded by visitors cannot be recalled.
Prohibited conduct
Do not upload unsafe, abusive or unauthorized content. Do not send spam, manipulate reports or metadata, scrape private account information, attempt to bypass upload limits or permissions, disrupt the service or distribute malware.
Do not misrepresent the origin of an image, claim official affiliation with another platform, or use downloads to impersonate, harass or mislead others. The Content Policy gives more detail.
Review, removal and disputes
Submissions can be rejected, restricted or removed following review. Publication does not mean that every claim about the image has been independently verified. Report errors or rights concerns with the image URL and supporting information.
We may contact an uploader for clarification, hide content while reviewing a dispute, and restrict repeat or serious abuse. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision is mistaken. Copyright complaints have a separate process.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide useful downloads and secure account access, but the service may have outages, processing failures or inaccurate metadata. Images and downloads are provided as available, without a promise that every file will suit every platform or use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FunPFP does not warrant uninterrupted availability or third-party ownership claims and is not responsible for losses resulting from an unauthorized use of downloaded artwork. Nothing here excludes rights, duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External services and changes
Links to third-party platforms or privacy controls take you to services with their own rules. FunPFP is not affiliated with Discord, TikTok, Instagram or other profile platforms merely because an image can be used there.
Features and these terms may change. We publish an updated date when the text changes. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Contact us about a term or an unresolved service issue.
