Content & Upload Policy

Accepted submissions

Upload original artwork, properly licensed images or AI-generated work you have permission to distribute. Choose the correct origin label and supply a useful title, description, relevant categories and specific tags.

Static uploads currently accept PNG, JPEG and WebP. The uploader displays the current size and submission limits. We optimize accepted files for delivery; the processed image may differ in size or format from your original.

Content we do not accept

Do not submit material that puts people at risk or infringes their rights.

• Sexual exploitation of children, sexual content involving minors or imagery that sexualizes a child.
• Explicit sexual content, graphic violence or content encouraging self-harm or violence.
• Hate, threats, targeted harassment or degrading attacks against protected groups.
• Private personal information, non-consensual intimate images or deceptive impersonation.
• Artwork you lack permission to redistribute, misleading ownership claims or unauthorized logos presented as official.
• Malware, scams, spam, misleading links or duplicate uploads intended to overwhelm the library.

AI-generated artwork

Label generated images as AI-generated. Review the final image for unsafe details, misleading likenesses and unwanted text or signatures. An AI label does not establish copyright ownership or erase another person’s rights.

Do not use a generated portrait to impersonate a real person or imply their endorsement. Do not copy another artist’s signature or falsely credit them.

Useful titles, categories and tags

Describe the image that is actually shown. A title such as “Black cat in an orange witch hat” helps visitors choose; repeated keyword strings do not. Assign categories by subject, style or theme and use tags that match visible details.

Do not include personal contact details, offensive keywords, unrelated trending names or claims that an image is officially licensed when that has not been established.

Review and publication

Submissions remain non-public until they complete processing and approval. Moderators may reject a file, request clearer metadata or remove previously published material after a report. You can check submission status and review feedback in your account.

Community collections require review before public publication. Publication is permission to appear on FunPFP, not a legal certification of ownership, endorsement or suitability for every use.

Reporting and appeals

Use “Report this image” on an image page when signed in. Describe the specific issue; a report must contain enough detail for review. For a copyright complaint, privacy concern or a report without an account, use Contact and include the image URL.

If your submission was rejected and you think the reason is mistaken, contact us with the submission title or ID, the review reason and relevant evidence of permission. Do not repeatedly re-upload a removed image to evade review.

Account restrictions

Serious or repeated violations may lead to upload restrictions, suspension or removal. Reports are evaluated on their content; submitting a report does not automatically prove that an image violates this policy.
